Commitment is what transforms a promise into reality
Admission to the Boardroom Certificate program is a selective process designed to ensure a high caliber of participants. Our admissions team conducts interviews with all applicants to confirm they meet the program’s eligibility requirements and possess the experience and mindset needed to contribute meaningfully to a peer-to-peer learning environment.
We strive for diversity, why our casting process dictates a good blend of age, gender and
industries. Likewise the mixture of participants stretches from C-levels, entrepreneurs,
non-profit organizations and scientists.
This allows for reverse mentoring and a thriving community.
However, our admission process also ensures that each individual is committed, shares our values, and is ready to embark on this transformative journey with intention.
In honoring our name, Association of Visionary Thinkers, we seek individuals who embody this vision. To ensure this, the cohorts are cast in due time, and
applications can be cast for later admission.
THE INTERVIEW
The admission process begins with a conversation, allowing us to get to know each other better and determine if this program is the right fit for you and vice versa. This is also done to ensure a program with an integrated network that fosters sparring with likeminded.
The interviews are also a chance for you to learn more about the program and our community. We want to be sure that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision, and that you feel confident in your ability to succeed in this program.
MAPPING
Following the interview, our Admissions Team aligns all applications to ensure the diversity and caliber of each cohort meet our benchmarks. Applicants then receive a personalized update from our Program Director, Susan Lynch, with details on the next steps.
IT ALL STARTS WITH AN APPLICATION
Your application, viewed only by our Admissions Team, remains confidential and compliant with GDPR regulations. Once submitted, you will be invited to a personal interview to further explore your fit for the program.
Ultimately, our goal is to create a lasting community of like-minded professionals who can continue to learn from and support one another throughout their board careers.
